CAELUM-9 is a colossal vertical megacity in the year 100,000 AD. A failed planetary climate system has divided the city into permanent weather zones. Relentless rain dominates its lower metropolitan levels, freezing sleet consumes the middle districts, and violent snowstorms bury the upper city. Above the clouds, the ruling class lives beneath an artificial summer. NULL VECTOR arrives through the Rainline transit district and begins uncovering evidence that the city’s climate catastrophe is being deliberately maintained.
